Why this role exists

Sia has a strong visual identity (geometric, institutional, internationally credible), and needs a creative partner to extend it across everything we produce: courses, campaigns, proposals, website, and more.

We’re not looking for someone who opens Canva, types a prompt, and exports. We have seen enough of that. We want someone who has a genuine visual sensibility. A person who looks at a layout and feels something is wrong before they can articulate why, then fixes it. Someone who sees AI generation tools as an extension of their own craft, not a substitute for having one.

If your portfolio is full of AI-generated stock imagery with text pasted on top, this is not the right fit. If your portfolio shows a distinct visual voice even across different media, even if it is unconventional, we want to hear from you.

What you’ll be working on

AI upskilling programs

  • Course visual assets: module headers, learning cards, illustrated concepts, infographics.
  • Program identity design for distinct AI Schools and training tracks.
  • Participant-facing materials: certificates, workbooks, slide templates.

Campaigns & communications

  • Social media content and campaign visuals for AI transformation initiatives.
  • Visual storytelling assets for reports, policy briefs, and impact communication.
  • Email and digital campaign assets.

Proposals & institutional materials

  • Visual design and layout for client proposals, pitch decks, and strategic documents.
  • Branded templates the team can actually use without destroying.

Website & brand

  • Web visual assets and UI support for the Sia AI website.
  • Maintaining and extending the existing visual identity system across new contexts.
